Eva Armila

Ms. Eva Armila is a licensed lawyer who has been practicing in Indonesia for more than fifteen years specializing in investments, merger & acquisition, project financing, and general corporate matters. While she has worked with clients from a range of industries, she has developed specific expertise and experience in energy and natural resources.

Ms. Armila understands the needs and expectations of her clients and works from a practical perspective having served on the boards of a number of mining houses over many years. She has also previously been involved in a resource investment firm in Indonesia with work involving conducting detailed due diligence investigations of the projects, preparation of sale and purchase documentation and restructuring existing corporate structure.

Ms. Armila holds a Bachelor of Law from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia, a Master of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Chairwoman for Energy and Mineral Resources of the Indonesia Young Entrepreneur Association for Jakarta (HIPMI Jaya), and active members of both the Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals (PERHAPI) and the Indonesia Renewable Energy Society (METI).

Ms. Armila serves as Director of Client Relations for Indonesia at the Law Office of Michael B. Dye.
